How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link. After shipment, you may also view the status of your order here.
All shipments include tracking, and you’ll find the tracking details and delivery information in your shipping confirmation.

Can I exchange my order?
We’re unable to process exchanges for orders placed online. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and submit a new order through our website.
Do you offer free returns?
To help reduce our environmental impact, we apply a small return fee. Since return fees differ by location, feel free to reach out to us here and we’ll be happy to help.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all orders (including items on sale). The return time frame extends from 14 days from the day of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition and in the original packaging, including all accessories and protective materials.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed as soon as your returned parcel has been received at our warehouse. Please allow up to 10–14 days from the date you send your return for the refund to be completed.

Will I be charged with tax if I order outside the EU?
Orders shipped to countries outside the EU are sent on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means there are no additional charges for customs, duties, or taxes after you’ve completed your purchase.
